Join us for lunchtime learning at this virtual CLE hosted by Central Virginia Association of Paralegals.

In this presentation, Ashley Davis will identify, summarize, and discuss important legislation that was enacted or amended during the 2025 Session of the Virginia General Assembly. We will discuss proposed Constitutional amendments and legislative changes that affecting attorneys and the practice of law, civil procedure, civil rights, courts, causes of action, compensation to victims, criminal law, criminal procedure, mental health and substance abuse, sexual assault, protective orders, education, motor vehicles, employment, family law, healthcare, health insurance, housing, workers’ compensation, landlord-tenant, property, taxation, voting, campaign finance, and more.

This is approved by NALA for 1 hour of substantive CLE credit.

Ashley Davis is a partner at MichieHamlett in Charlottesville. She is a legal strategist and litigator who focuses her practice on complex litigation, products liability, wrongful death, explosions and fires, food poisoning, federal practice, and appellate advocacy.
