This program will highlight types of generative AI tools commonly used by lawyers and the AI mishaps still making the daily news. In addition, this program will address the duties implicated when lawyers use generative AI (including the duties of confidentiality, competence, diligence, supervision, communication, and candor as well as the duty to charge reasonably and represent clients within the bounds of the law).
